Shipping & Delivery Policy

Your order will be shipped free of charge. We do not ship outside India.

Usually, it takes one to two business days to process your order after your payment is received. Once your order has shipped, we will email shipping confirmation to you, including tracking number. The usual delivery time is between 5-7 days of dispatch.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

If your order cannot be delivered, the shipping company will leave information of their visit, including a number to call. They will attempt to deliver once more at an agreed time.

We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store.

Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to get a complete replacement of the product within the specified timelines mentioned below if it is found to be functionally defective or is not as in accordance with specifications as advertised.

Our products are eligible for a free Replacement within 7 days of delivery in the unlikely scenario you receive a product with a manufacturing defect. However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged / different product or one with missing accessories, please raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery on our webstore.

The request will be entertained once our team examine the same at our end. Inspection report will be reported back to the customer.

A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

  • Customer is not happy with the look of a product.
  • Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Kindly note that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.
