T1 & T5 are Made with the Finest Materials
Through and through high-end: The T1 & T5 headphones are made entirely of high-quality components. The yokes are manufactured from brushed and anodized aluminium for a particularly distinctive surface structure, while the housing covers are constructed from lacquered stainless steel.
Additionally, the plug-in cables are coated in fabric and include conductors made of the highest-grade material for assuring optimal signal transmission—ultra-high-purity OCC7N copper. Finally, these high-end headphones have velour and Alcantara® materials which make them a genuinely high-end pair of headphones.

The multi-layer stuffing in the removable, washable ear pads helps fine-tune the sound while also making these tesla headphones incredibly comfortable to wear. One of the layers is constructed of memory foam, which conforms to each user and offers a superbly personalised fit.

The beyerdynamic T1 Tesla Headphone's open-back and T5 headphone’s closed-back construction guarantees the greatest, most accurate spatial sound reproduction. The drivers' skewed layout further adds to the feeling of space. As a result, the music appears "in front" of the audience in the middle of the stage, much like at a concert.
Ace The Good Look & Feel
The T1 features very comfortable velour ear pads, with a comfortable headband and a moderate clamping force, making for comfortable long listening sessions, even in humid tropical climates. It comes with a high-quality high purity copper three-metre cable (removable with 3.5mm jacks for both drivers), sheathed in a woven fabric covering and terminated with a 3.5mm TRS mini jack, with a threaded connector and a matching threaded quarter-inch headphone adaptor.
On the other hand, the T5 looks very similar to the T1, with a similar pattern etched on the metal surface making for a similar appearance in design to the T1… but there are no holes, being a closed-back design. Also, the ear pads are different, trimmed with soft Alcantara leather instead of velour. T5 comes with a shorter 1.4m cable, with a non-threaded 3.5mm TRS mini-jack termination.
